IPPB Finacle Commands/Menus used in Post Office Counters. List of IPPB commands/menu's used for performing various IPPB Operations as follows.
1. CKYCACOP - To open new IPPB Account either savings or current account .
2. CACOP - It is used to open account for existing IPPB customers
3. CTM - It is used for performing Cash Deposits/Withdrawals/Fund Transfers/Adhoc Sweep in/out
4. CNFTM - Customer Modification/Account Modification/Aadhar Seeding
5. HCACC - It is used to collect pending charges
6. HCAAC - It is used to close both the savings account and current accounts
7. CSRM - It is used to raise Service request , Complaint request , Lead query
8. CDRM - This menu is related to customer door step request management
9. CDRM PROCESS FLOW -
10. HACLI - Used to check the list of transactions of a particular account
11. CPAYDOP - This menu is used for accepting deposits of DOP products RD deposits, SSA deposits, PPF Deposits, RDLRP
12. HPSP - Used to generate account statement of customers
13. HSIM -Used to put standing instructions from IPPB account to IPPB account and other bank accounts
14. CBILL - Used to accept bill payments
15. HFINRPT - Transactions Reports Menu
16. CLDPOSB - To Link POSB Account with IPPB Account
17. CREKYC -This menu used when customer wants to update his aadhar details in IPPB account
18. CESIGN - Used to update E-sign of the IPPB e-KYC account holder
19. CHEQUE DEPOSITS IN MICRO ATM AND IPPB FINACLE MAILS BOOKING USING IPPB QR AND IPPB DEBIT AT DOP COUNTERS
