This has a reference of AIAIPASP CHQ Letter No CHQ/AIAIPASP/Corr-0i-105/2021 dated 30% November, 202i for onward submission to The Director General (Posts), Dak Bhavan, New Delhi.
On behalf of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents of Posts, Gujarat Circle, | would like to bring your kind attention towards dissent of Gujarat Circle Association into the proposal letter sent by CHQ Body of IPASPOs Association vide letter referred above, we strongly register our oppose against the ibid letter of ALAIPASP. We are very pleased to appreciate the efforts of Our Department to settle the long pending issue of Revision of Recruitment Rule of PS Group B as per the guidelines issued by DOPT Order No AB.14017/2/1997-Estt.(RR)/Pt. Dated 19.01.2007 and Honb‘le Supreme Court Judgment in CWP No 5893 of 1997 decided on 18.12.1998 - State of Punjab & Others VS. Dr R.N. Bhatnagar & another.
We would also like to bring your kind attention towards recruitment rules of Indian Railways, Department of Signal Engineering and Telecommunication, Group B Post Recruitment Rule 1979 Notified Vide Gazette Notification dated 22nd February, 2021 where Mode of Recruitment is prescribed by way of Promotion-1) 70% of Vacancies by promotion through selection and 2) 30% of Vacancies by LDCE. Copy of the Gazette notification is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. It is very clear from such other department RRs also that Recruitment shall be vacancy based only.
