1) In case of money or stamps lost or stolen from the cash balance, remittance in transit,the following accounting entries may be passed in the system immediately when the loss or defalcation is discovered

GL Code - 4867100010 - DOP Cash Credit
2) In case of officials at fault credits the money that was found to have been identified with defalcation and losses.
