FRMU Portal User Manual for HOs & Sub Divisions – version 1.0

Login Process: HO Postmasters[HO PM] and Sub-Divisional Heads[SDH] can login to FRMU portal by visiting the 

following URL: https://cept.gov.in/FRMUTRG - For Logging in to Training Server https://cept.gov.in/FRMU - For Logging in to Live Server 

HO PMs/SDHs should enter the Username and Password provided by Divisional Head in the FRMU portal and click on Login. 

Select the Category - CBS/CSI as shown below and click on Continue to go to FRMU -->HO/Sub Division Dashboard. 

FRMU HO/Sub-Division Dashboard: FRMU HO/Sub-Division Dashboard displays the number of Alerts – Assigned, Closed and Reported on that particular day by default as shown below. 

The Date Period, Report type and Risk Category can be changed and desired statistics of Alerts can be obtained, if necessary

Viewing Assigned Alerts: The Details of the Assigned Alerts can be seen by navigating to View Alerts >> Assigned Alerts (Or) directly by clicking on View Assigned Alerts in Dashboard.

The Details of all the Assigned Alerts can be seen in the Grid as shown above and complete Transaction details of any alert can be seen by clicking on Eye Icon in the extreme right of Grid as shown below. The details of all the Assigned Alerts may also be Exported to Excel by clicking on Export to Excel

Response to Alerts Assigned by Division: The Alerts Assigned by Division may be viewed by HO/Sub-Divisional FRMU user by navigating to Respond to Alerts >> Reply to Assigned Alerts in the FRMU portal as shown below

By Default the list of Alerts Assigned by Division on the Current Date will be displayed as shown below. 

The Alerts Assigned by Division may also be filtered based on Date Period, Report type and Risk Category as shown above. The Alerts may also be exported to excel by clicking on Export to Excel. After successful verification of FRMU alerts by HO PM/SDH as per the SOP for verification of FRMU Alerts; Response may be submitted to Divisional Head by selecting the alerts and clicking on Proceed

The following screens will appear for HO PMs and SDHs respectively after clicking on Proceed. 

The HO Postmaster will get the following screen for submitting response to Divisional Head. After due verification of FRMU Alerts by HO Postmaster, response to alerts can be submitted to Divisional Head; the following options will be available in dropdown menu: Genuine – to be selected, if the transaction details are found Genuine. Request for Verification through Sub-Divisional Head – to be selected, if necessary. Report for Investigation – to be selected, only if the transaction is found Fraudulent and Fraud committed is confirmed. Other – to be selected, if some other Reply has to be submitted to Divisional Head. 

The Sub-Divisional Head will get the following screen for submitting the response to Divisional Head. After due verification of FRMU Alerts by Sub-Divisional Head, response to alerts can be submitted to Divisional Head; the following options will be available in dropdown menu: Genuine – to be selected, if the transaction details are found Genuine. Report for Investigation – to be selected, only if the transaction is found Fraudulent and Fraud committed is confirmed. Other – to be selected, if some other Reply has to be submitted to Divisional Head

All the necessary inputs may be entered by HO PMs and SDHs and the Reply may be submitted to Divisional Head by clicking on Submit Reply as shown in below screen shots respectively.  

Once the provided Reply is submitted successfully, the following screen will be displayed

The Replied Alerts may be viewed by HO/Sub-Divisional FRMU user by navigating to View Alerts >> Replied Alerts in the FRMU portal.

The Replied Alerts may also be filtered based on Date Period, Report type and Risk Category as shown below; the details of replied alerts may also be Exported to Excel

The Alerts Assigned by Division and yet to be replied may be searched by Navigating to Search Alerts in the FRMU portal as shown below

The Alerts may be searched with various parameters like Date of Assignment and Search Criteria such as Amount, Alert Id, SOL Id, Txn ID & Account Number as shown above

The appropriate Search input may be entered and clicked on Search to get the desired result as shown in below screen shots. 

The default password of the HO/Sub-Division may be changed by navigating to Options >> Change Password in the FRMU portal as shown below

The necessary inputs to change the Default Password may be entered and clicked on Change Password as shown below. 

On successful submission of the new password the screen will be displayed as shown below

Navigating to Other Solutions of FRMU: The HO/Sub-Divisional FRMU user can be switched to Other FRMU solutions by navigating to Switch Solution >> FRMU - CSI or the required Solution in the portal as shown below

Monitoring of Alerts Pertaining to CSI: The HO/Sub-Divisional FRMU user can select CSI solution during Category selection in the Login Process after entering Login Credentials. All the functionalities in the FRMU – CSI solution is similar to that of functionalities available in FRMU - CBS solution; the same may be referred, as and when required
