Subject: Observance of "Constitution Day" on 26th November 2021 - regarding.
Sir/Madam,
I am directed to enclose herewith a copy of D.O. letter No. 15/26/2021-Admn. dated 13.11.2021 received from Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs on the subject mentioned above.
2. On the occasion of "Constitution Day", the 'Preamble' to the Constitution will be read out in all Government offices through out the country.
This year Hon'ble President will lead the celebrations of Constitution Day live from Central Hall of Parliament on 26th November, 2021 at 11:00 AM onwards. The occasion will be graced by Hon'ble Vice-President, Hon'ble Prime Minister, Hon'ble Speaker, Ministers, MPs and other dignitaries and the whole of India will be a part of these celebrations through live steaming of the function on Sansad TV/DD/other TV Channels and Online Portals.
3. Besides, reading out of the preamble, other activities including webinars / workshops befitting the occasion may also be organized taking necessary preventive measures due to COVID-19 as prescribed and recommended by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
4. It is, therefore, requested that necessary action may be taken for organizing celebration of "Constitution Day" on 26th November, 2021 in your office.
