Registration Process - L1 & L2 (2 Steps)
Before starting Registration process !
• Ensure CELC app is Pushed to all Micro – ATM Devices. If not, Kindly contact IPPB staff along with your device MDM ID
L1 – EA Registration
Open CELC app & Enter Data as indicated below
Click on Register after entering all details & OTP will be Sent to IPPB Branch Manager, Enter OTP & Verify.

STATION ID – Ippb Staff will Provide
LOCATION CODE – Your Office Pin Code

L2 – Add Operator
• After 2-3 days of L1 process, connect your bio metric and open CELC App
• Add Operator Screen – Enter the following Data Operator Name: ENTER NAME AS PER AADHAAR (Exact match) Operator Aadhar: ENTER YOUR AADHAAR NUMBER Operator User Code: IPPBKN_(your MATM login Id)
• Click on Authenticate Button & place finger on biometric, Authentication successful message is show with green TICK mark.
• Click on Add Operator

Important steps to be done on daily basis at the beginning of the day

Centre type - PERMANENT
• Centre Name & Centre Address – Office Name & Address
• Enter Postal Pin code of your office
Mobile/Email ID Update - CELC
CELC Txn - Daily Accounting Process
• Enduser has to collect cash of Rs. 50/- for each successful Mobile Update
• Cash has to be accounted in daily accounts in Micro ATM
