Clarification sought for payment of TD commission to Stop Gap BPMS (Outsiders/Substitutes)

in connection with the above subject, the following clarification is issued for
information. Incentive schemes for BPMs was introduced for securing greater mobilization of savings A/s in rural areas.
During stop gap arrangement of BPMs, the person engaged for the work in BO is to perform all work of a BPM, for which TRCA is paid. Since, incentive scheme is applicable for BPMs, there is no bar in paying TD commission to persons engaged as BPM during stop gap arrangements.
