IPPB Mantra Device Meta Tag Error solution | Invalid "MC" code under meta log

Some of the Mantra users are receiving the message 'Invalid "MC" code under meta log'. This was due to a certificate issue and vendor has updated the certificate and it should work now.

However, if it does not work ,and phone is Samsung,  then clear cache and issue should be resolved. Ensure that biometric device is not connected while doing this activity.

For other phones, in case it is not resolved automatically, then immediately raise GSD ticket mentioning both the *MDM id and end user id*, for action by DXC.

Please inform the GSD ticket no in 'IPPB real-time tech issue' so that we can follow up get it resolved quickly. Thanks
