Identification of 3 officials including GDS &MTS for Aadhaar Enrolment and Updation in Post Offices Aadhaar Enrolment and updation Centres-reg.
During discussion in a Brain Storming Session held on 06.10.2017 chaired by Member (0) on setting up Aadhaar Enrolment and Updation Centres in Post Offices, it was decided that the 3 Officials are to be trained for each Post Office having Aadhaar Enrolment and Updation centres and in case of shortage of staff, suitable MTS & GDS can be engaged for working on Aadhaar counter
by providing necessary training and certification. The issue has been raised by CPMGs during the periodic video conferences.
2. In view of the above, it is may be ensured that training of 3 Officials in each Post Offices Aadhaar Enrolment & Updation Centre has been done with required certification. In case of shortage of staff, suitable MTS & GDS can be deployed for working on Aadhaar counters by providing necessary training and certification in coordination with respective RO of UIDAI.
The permission of Circle Head and discretion of CPMGs may be used whenever required or deemed necessary. No outsourced person in any case is to be taken under any circumstances.
