Updation of Mobile Number for Indiapost Email IDs of Administrative and Operative Offices

 Subject - Updation of Mobile Number for Indiapost Email ID                                                        Sir/Madam,

1. As per instructions from Technology Division of Directorate, All India Post Email ID users both Name based & Functional based email IDs are requested to update the Mobile Number (Custodian of email ID) and the Office Phone number in the India Post email ID by 30.06.2021. 

2. The Concerned Circles/Regional/Divisional IT Teams to ensure that details are submitted by the users and updated on promotion/transfer.

3. Please find the attached document containing the procedure for updating contact number for India Post Email ID.
